The safety of the AMI family and our customers is of the utmost importance.
During the COVID-19 crisis around the world, we have been making efforts to
continue the cooperation with our customers as much as possible.
With the restrictions due to the State of Emergency put in place in Japan after
the arrival of the AMI specialists in the country for the installation of our
system in Tokyo Steel Okayama and Kyushu plants, a new action plan had to be
devised together with the customer to continue the commissioning of the AMI
Furnace Optimization system.
Attending the social distancing guidelines, Tokyo Steel supplied the necessary
equipment to build a laboratory for integration and testing of the new AMI
system in the hotel room of our specialists, where the work has continued
since then.
In AMI we put our efforts to fulfill the needs of our customers particularly in
these challenging times, by using the latest technology and relying on the talent
of our people.
